The online store (e-shop) enables both our customers and all internet users to be directly informed about the products offered by our company, as well as to make their purchases online.
The use of the electronic pages and services of “Autotrust” by the visitor / user requires the unconditional agreement with the following terms of use, which apply to all content included in the website. The visitor/user must read these terms carefully before using the services of the website and if he/she does not agree, he/she must not use the services and their content. The visitor/user is requested to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes. The continued use of “Autotrust” even after any changes means the unconditional, on the part of the visitor / user, acceptance of these terms. Accessing, browsing, using or registering on the website is proof that the visitor / user has read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and is bound by them. If you do not agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
- USER LIABILITY
Users of the website agree that they will not use the website to send, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or in violation of another’s privacy. In addition, individuals-natural persons accept that the products they order through the online store of “Autotrust” are intended for personal use.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Apart from the expressly mentioned exceptions (copyright of third parties, partners and suppliers), all the content of the website, including images, texts and audiovisual material, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products provided, are the intellectual property of the company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Any copying, reproduction, processing, resale or misleading the public about the actual owner of the content of the website is prohibited. Any reproduction, re-publication, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of Autotrust. The names, images, logos, distinctive features, texts and audiovisual material representing the company Autotrust and / or its online store “Autotrust” and / or third parties contracted with them and their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of the company Autotrust. In any case, their appearance and display on the “Autotrust” website and its online store should in no way be construed as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
- PERSONAL DATA
In order to carry out any transaction through the e-shop “Autotrust” and to place orders for the company’s products, the disclosure of certain personal data will be requested from the customer’s side. When placing an order, the full name, the shipping address of the products, the billing address of the order (in case it is different from the shipping address), the invoicing data (in case payment by invoice is selected), the number of a contact telephone, your e-mail address and, in case payment is made by credit card, the number, the expiry date of the card and the three-digit security code will be requested.
The credit card details are not stored in the company’s storage media during the transaction, but are entered directly into the secure environment of the partner company that has taken over the card routing.
Any personal data that you declare anywhere on the pages and services of the website of “Autotrust” are intended solely to ensure the operation of the respective service and may not be used by any third party without complying with the provisions of Law 2472/97, as amended by Law 2472/97. 4624/2019, regarding the protection of personal data processing, as applicable at any time. The online store “Autotrust” operates in accordance with the current Greek and EU legislation and keeps your personal data safe for as long as you are registered to a service which are deleted after the termination of the transactional relationship in any way. The personal data that you declare in the online store “Autotrust” are used exclusively by it or its affiliated companies, in order to support, promote and execute the transaction relationship. “Autotrust” makes use of the information you provide during the online submission of the form in order to contact you regarding (i) the delivery of the order at your place, (ii) for confirmation and identification of the customer in any necessary case, (iii) for new or alternative products offered by “Autotrust” (iv) special offers of , (v) offers and news of the company (vi) receipt of gifts after a competition draw. You can choose whether or not you wish to receive such communications from “Autotrust” by subscribing to the newsletter.
Your registration of your personal data means that you consent to the use of such data by our company’s employees for the purposes mentioned above.
The data kept in the file may be communicated to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities upon their legitimate request and in accordance with the legal provisions in force at any given time. The Customer has, within the framework of the legislation on telecommunications privacy, the rights of information and objection provided for in Articles 11 to 13 of Law no. 2472/1997.If you are under the age of majority before deciding whether or not to accept these terms and conditions, you should study them with your parent or guardian and fully understand them, both you and your parent or guardian. Acceptance of the terms and conditions by your parent or guardian will be taken to mean that they are consenting to them on your behalf. Parents or guardians are advised to supervise their children when using the Internet and mobile or other devices. If you invite your children to use the service, you are providing your consent to these terms and conditions on their behalf.
USE OF COOKIES
Autotrust uses “cookies” technology to improve and facilitate your visit to its website. “Cookies” are sent to your computer and identify you as a specific user, storing your personal preferences and technical information. We use a) Permanent cookies (i.e. cookies remain on your computer until you delete them) b) Temporary cookies (i.e. cookies remain until you close your browser).
The cookies themselves do not contain or disclose any personal information. If you submit personal information through the “Autotrust” website, the information may be linked to the data stored in the cookies. - SECURITY
The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol is currently the global standard on the Internet for the authentication of websites to network users and for the encryption of data between network users and web servers. An encrypted SSL communication requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thus protecting personal information in transit. In addition, all information sent using the SSL protocol is protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies whether the data has been changed in transit.
Finally, it should be remembered that credit card details are not stored in the company’s storage media during the transaction but are directly registered in the secure environment of the partner company that has undertaken the card routing.
All transactions carried out through “Autotrust” are governed by Greek, International and European law, which regulates issues related to e-commerce as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994), which regulates issues related to distance sales.
- THE PRODUCTS SOLD
The characteristics and other details of the products available through our e-shop are available and can be obtained by following the search instructions listed on our web pages, by clicking on the name or photo of the product in question. Minor color differences and other variations in Products are possible due to different ways of taking images, presentation technologies or other technical reasons. Our company is not responsible for these differences and variations. Our company ,draws your attention to the maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the Products. Our company is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect use of the Products, including use in violation of the instructions for use.
The presentation in “Autotrust” of the Products for sale has the character of an invitation to express interest in submitting an order proposal. For this reason, the above presentation does not imply any commitment of our company for the availability and/or adequacy of the displayed products.
The prices indicated in “Autotrust” include 24% VAT. They do not include transport costs. “Autotrust” reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the consumer in advance.
Any reservation of a product from the “Autotrust” online store and then purchasing it from a physical store of the company does not constitute a purchase from our online store, but from the physical store.
- ORDERS
Orders can be placed with “Autotrust” only by final consumers who have, according to Greek law, full capacity to enter into legal transactions, i.e. if they have reached the eighteenth (18th) year of age and there is no case of restriction of this capacity, as regards the drawing up of sales contracts. Orders on behalf of legally incompetent persons may be placed by their legal representatives, in accordance with the law. Orders may also be placed by legal persons (final consumers) through their legal representatives.
The company ensures, through its website and / or via email, the pre-contractual, i.e. before the completion of the order, complete, accurate and clear information to the consumer, for the following, as defined in Article 3 para. B of the Consumer Code of Conduct for E-Commerce (YA 31619oik/15-3-2017, Government Gazette B΄969/2017).

xiv. The above information to the consumer must be comprehensible, legal, true, up-to-date, easily accessible to all, including persons with disabilities, and verifiable, and must be provided in Greek and optionally in another language.
The contract for the sale of products between the Autotrust company and the consumer from the “Autotrust” online store is a distance selling contract and is concluded after. The company is entitled to accept or refuse to accept an order, without being obliged to give reasons for its refusal and without any liability to the consumer or to third parties. If the company does not confirm, as above, the acceptance of the order within three (3) working days, it will be considered to have rejected it.
In order to place a valid order, it is required: a) the provision of all the necessary information for the conclusion of the sales contract, b) the unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the sales contract, regarding the products sold, the price, the transport costs, the manner, time and place of delivery of the products sold and c) the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use, which are an integral part of the contract concluded.

We confirm that our company does not receive any information about your credit card.
8.2 Direct Bank Transfer
Make your payment directly to our bank account. Please use your order ID as proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until the amount has cleared in our account.

- MISCELLANEOUS
Α. No: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to indicate whether you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. Our company accepts no responsibility for any situation outside its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
Other reasons for delay in delivery of your order:
In the event that it is not possible to contact you by telephone or email (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product, its payment or the details you have provided).
In case there is incomplete or incorrect information from our suppliers about the availability of the product.
Β. “Autotrust” reserves the right to modify or renew, the products made available, sales prices and other terms and conditions of transactions, without prior notification of consumers. Our company undertakes to update this document for any change or addition.

Ε. It is hereby expressly agreed that any disputes arising from the application of these terms and the general use of the website by the visitor or user of the website, if not resolved amicably, are governed by Greek law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts.
